We strive to provide accurate product availability information at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable or is subject to an extended estimated time of arrival (ETA) after an order is placed, we will notify you within 24–48 hours. Please ensure that you check your inbox, including your spam or junk mail folder, for our communication. If the revised availability or ETA does not meet your needs, you will have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Our goal is to ensure transparency and give you confidence when shopping with us.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days on store stocked items. Item must be sealed, unused and in original packaging worthy of reselling. A 20% restocking fee applies to all items. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We can only refund to the original method of payment with NO EXCEPTIONS. If you were given a gift, a store credit will be applied if the item is eligible for return. There are no refunds on special order items. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item or alternatively you can drop it off at the store. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, or alternatively you can drop it off at the store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All defective items will have to go through the manufacturer's warranty process. You must contact the manufacturer of the product to get it replaced or repaired. All warranties are honored through the manufacturer and not through Jspec Performance. If you need assistance please contact us.
